The Assessment Only Plan is designed for families who want a clear understanding of their child’s current math abilities without committing to ongoing sessions. This one-time evaluation provides a comprehensive skills check for students in grades 3–6, covering essential areas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and problem-solving.

Cancellation Policy
At Latson Learning Club, we value your time and are committed to providing consistent, high-quality support for your child’s learning. To ensure smooth scheduling for all families, please review our booking guidelines below: 🔹 Session Scheduling All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system (online or by phone). Recurring sessions are encouraged to secure your preferred time slot. 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Families are allowed one make-up session per month, based on tutor availability. Sessions canceled without proper notice will be marked as a no-show and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 🔹 Late Arrivals Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If a tutor is delayed, the session will be extended or rescheduled at no additional cost. 🔹 Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with grace and flexibility. 🔹 Payments All sessions or plans must be paid in advance to confirm booking. Multi-session packages and monthly plans are encouraged for consistency and savings.
